Animation I made as part of a student project (City Lit Animation course 2020-2021).
It is a slightly exaggerated (for effect!) and light hearted rendition of a genuine experience.

Judging by the messages I receive and by articles such as this on the FT, workplace bullying and toxic environments are not being discussed enough.
With my the short film I hoped to to entertain as well as raise awareness. But in terms of identifying what constitutes bullying, and thinking of realistic solutions (other than what my protagonist does!) I find this article very helpful.
